Christmas 2022 is set to be one of the most challenging ever for many people. Here’s a top tip from Ian on how to create a great Christmas Turkey dinner at a fraction of the cost!

On Sunday 30th October, crowds packed into the Denbies Suite at the winery to blind taste wines, beers and gins from Surrey & Warwickshire. In all there were three rounds, each one moderated by Ian from Food Ideas.

Ideas represents my family, Ian, Dylan, Evan and Sarah. My biggest supporters and fiercest critics too. We’re creating a set of food memories of our own, many cooked outside on our Green Egg, who knows perhaps in the future when the boys think of me they’ll remember the strong smell of wood smoke and spicy pulled pork!
